Starting research

After being stuck in a rut over summer about starting the research process I booked an appointment with Tom from the study zone. We threw back and forth ideas about how I can achieve my research the best way. We started by decomposing my research question I had "Oversexualisation of women in social media and contemporary photographic practice and the adverse effects this has on young women." We began identifying the key words within my question and what was the most significant. We ended up changing my question in the hopes to make my research a lot clearer, "The oversexualisation of women in contemporary photographic practice, as viewed by young women on social media platforms and can this have adverse effects on their mental health".
